We have owned this apartment for the last 5 years, bought new from the developer. The first three years the flat was let and managed through Urban Bubble, chosen by the developer. For the last two years we have let and managed the property ourselves. Whenever you need assistance you just need to send us an email explaining what the problem is, possibly with picture or two, and we will deal with it immediately. It is possible that we may require your collaboration if we need to purchase a replacement part or to allow our designated repair company to access the premises.  

Close to universities and all the amenities that the city of Liverpool has to offer. This modern studio offers open plan kitchen/living space, en-suite bathroom and a double bed, providing a hassle-free, boutique living experience.
